Think of this kit as your "road map" for the journey of leadership - a guide to finding your own success. To achieve Unit Leader status you need:

• Minimum of 5 Recruits
• Personal Award Sales of at least $250
• $1,200 in Total Unit Award Sales (your sales plus the sales from each of your recruits)
  

To achieve Advanced Unit Leader status you need:

• Minimum of 12 Recruits (including 3 Unit Leaders)
• $300 in Personal Award Sales
• $4,000 in Total Unit Award Sales
  

To achieve Executive Unit Leader status you need:

• Minimum of 20 Recruits (including 7 unit leaders in your first generation)
• $350 in Personal Award Sales
• $17,500 in Total Unit Award Sales
  

To achieve Senior Executive Unit Leader status you need:

• Minimum of 20 recruits (including 7 Unit Leaders and 2 Executive Unit Leaders in your first generation)
• $400 in Personal Award Sales
