Beauty Advisor Information
As an Avon Beauty Advisor you will take part in professional in-home and
classroom training, have cutting-edge Customer sales and consulting tools, and
offer your Customers products and services that will help them attain both inner
and outer health and beauty. Once
you are a Beauty Advisor, you will be eligible to receive Customer leads from
Avon in geographical locations that you are willing to serve.
Beauty Advisor training is
available in three phases, each building on the knowledge, skills and expertise
of the previous phase. There is no obligation to go beyond Phase I.
Phase I
A complete in-home training package that conveniently fits into its own 3-ring
binder. The topics covered in your training include the fundamentals of Skin
Care, Color & Fragrance, Consultative Selling and Customer Service, as well
as in-depth training on each of the Avon brands: beComing, Anew, Avon , mark., and Wellness. Your kit also includes a multi-part, interactive
CD-ROM packed with learning exercises, videos and presentations to support your
learning and skill development along the way to your new expertise. With your
purchase of the Phase I Kit, you become an Avon Beauty Advisor.
Phase I Kit -- $60, both English and Spanish. Three campaign payment plan
available ($20/campaign).
Phase II
A one-day, live, for-fee professional training class, which is like no other
training program offered in the beauty industry today. You learn how to conduct
a complete makeover and gain valuable personal image information. Advanced
consultative selling techniques are also included. Graduation from Phase II
qualifies you as a Certified Beauty Advisor.
Phase II Training Class -- $125, available in both English and Spanish. Four
campaign payment plan available $31.25/campaign).
Phase III
This is the most prestigious level of the Beauty Advisor career opportunity. At
this level, Certified Beauty Advisors can apply to invest in train-the-trainer
classes. As a Certified Beauty Trainer you will earn the opportunity to conduct,
and be compensated for conducting, one-day training classes.
