What is Leadership? 

Leadership is Avon's premier business opportunity. Leadership Representatives have the opportunity to build a significant business through recruiting, appointing, training and helping others develop their Avon business. Once you have recruited at least 5 Representatives, you will begin receiving bonuses, which range from 5-12% of each of your downline member’s order.

Executive Unit Leader      Minimum 7 Unit Leaders $32,000
